At EDG we start a project by carefully examing the goals of our client. We take a deep analysis of what the flooring is going to be used for, what the target audience is, the foot traffic, the design goals and much more.

Once we assess exactly what the client is expecting from the floor, we make recommendations of products that fit the life cycle requirements of our client. 

 

After our recommendations our clients will finalize their options for the flooring and EDG will make mock ups and scenarios for the different flooring types. On our designs we use our expertise to maximize the life cycle of the flooring while saving as much as possible for our client. After EDG finalizes a design we will create an actual construction cost, a lifetime cost and a cost that should be expected from a General contractors. In the lifetime cost EDG will carefully consider all the maintenance and care the flooring will need over the years.
